What I Learned This Week

The snow last Monday in no way predicted the 70+ degree weather today.

The change to daylight savings time still knocks me out.

Squats hurt my ass. Even my first squat hurt my ass. Half a dozen of them, especially when one is 100+ lbs. overweight really hurt two days later.

This is a crazy time of year for weather. It's been so warm and sunny and today we've got snow and it's 20 degrees. Brrrrr.

Squats kill my thighs. My hubby and I are working on a rumba where I go low, so I'm needing to do squats several times a day to be able to do that!

Noticed in the comments of the HYC check in that you lost another pound. Congrats! Slow and steady is the best and most permanent way to lose weight. Hang in there!
